Our comprehensive home inspection provides a concise picture of the conditions of the house at the time of the inspection.  As independent observers, we are not vested in the property, or its sale.  The report states what we have inspected and how it was observed.  We also explain what we did not inspect and why.

As a buyer you will want to know that the house you are looking to make your home is   structurally safe and mechanically sound and free of health risks.  Our visual and operational evaluation will provide a solid foundation of knowledge about the house, its components and systems.  In addition to reporting any deficiencies or potential failures, our inspection report includes maintenance tips and other information to help you protect your investment.

As a seller you are required to make full disclosure of any and all deficiencies; things you may have just adjusted to or put up with.  The inspection report will identify deficiencies and include recommendations for repairs, if any, that may enhance the marketability of your home.

A pre-sale inspection is a valuable tool reducing the risk of opt out by potential buyers.
