Detailed drawings, bill of materials, site instructions are all available.

As you move through the phases of your project we will be there to periodically inspect work completed and provide 'next steps'.

Starting with our initial consultation at your project site (your home).  Together we determine the scope of your project, your abilities, needs and wants.  We will begin to address your budget, possible options to your project. 

We will look at the construction, structure of the house as well as take note of the neighbourhood.
